The Associate Director of Product Management will lead the development and commercialization of Altera™ tumor genomic profiling product line. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that our products deliver maximum value in the competitive oncology space. Responsibilities include developing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, analyzing performance data, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Identify and synthesize market challenges and opportunities facing utilities in North America with customer billing and distribution grid responsibilities, while collaboratively defining and refining our product vision for that key market segment. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Bring deep consulting or product management experience in the North American utility space and strong market analysis skills.

Gather and digest customer, market, and business insights to develop vision and strategy for your product area. Build and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term product roadmaps. Define requirements succinctly via writing and creating low-fidelity mocks using AI tools, managing feature development through the full product lifecycle. Lead through influence by aligning diverse teams around shared goals and communicating effectively across teams.
